Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Adjusting the site
Use the Accessibility settings button (bottom left of every page, or in the footer) to:
- make text larger and increase line and letter spacing
- switch to a dark or high-contrast colour scheme
- use a dyslexia-friendly font
- highlight links
- stop animations and autoplaying video
- use a large cursor or a reading guide
Your settings are saved on this device. The site also respects your device’s own settings for reduced motion, dark mode and text size, and works with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control and zoom up to 400%.
How we test
Every page is checked with automated accessibility tests (axe) as part of each release, and key journeys such as the contact form are tested by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Known limitations
- Embedded videos from YouTube or Vimeo may not have captions that we control.
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. Contact us for another format.
