Terms and conditions

Quotes

Our quotes are fixed prices for the work described, valid for 30 days, and include VAT and materials unless stated otherwise. Extra work is only carried out after you agree the price in writing.

Payment

For most residential jobs, payment is due on completion. Larger projects may be invoiced in agreed stages. Invoices are payable within 7 days by bank transfer or card.

Your cancellation rights

If we agree a contract at your home or at a distance, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start within that period and then cancel, you will pay for the work done up to that point.

Access and preparation

Please give us safe access, electricity and water, and clear small items and valuables from the work areas. We will move and protect furniture.

Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for two years from completion. This covers peeling, flaking or cracking caused by our work. It does not cover damage, wear and tear, structural movement, damp, or materials supplied by you.

Complaints

If something is not right, tell us as soon as possible and we will come back to put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
